Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Mrs Kalarani Kalyanasundaram TechnotiQ India Private Limited referred as “Mrs KK TechnotiQ”, we strive to provide the best quality services, including software application development, website and web application development, mobile application development, custom software, ERP, HRMS, CRM solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity services, creative software products, and training programs (internships, courses). Please review the following terms regarding our cancellation and refund policy:
1. Cancellation of Services
You are entitled to cancel your order for services within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase, without providing a reason. The following conditions apply:
The 10-day period begins from the date you purchased the service or, if applicable, the date on which the service was provided to you (e.g., access to software, training, or cloud services).
If you wish to cancel, you must notify us via email at office@mrskktechnotiq.com.
2. Refunds for Services
Refunds for canceled services will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days after receiving your cancellation request and confirmation.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We will not charge any fees for the refund.
If a service is part of a subscription or payment plan, refunds will apply to the unused portion, and refunds will be prorated based on service usage.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Customized software solutions (including custom ERP, HRMS, CRM, etc.), which are developed based on your specific requirements.
Software or services rendered where usage has already begun (e.g., cloud services, cybersecurity assessments, ongoing development, or training programs).
Services related to software products once they have been delivered, installed, or used in part.
Training or internship programs once the service has been rendered or the program has started.
4. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The service must have been purchased within 10 days of the request for cancellation.
You must inform us of your cancellation request in writing (via email).
The service/product must not have been fully used or delivered, such as in the case of custom software or development projects where work has been started or completed.
5. Return of Goods (For Physical Products)
If applicable, in the case of physical products (such as hardware or promotional materials) purchased alongside services, the following conditions apply:
The product must be in unused and original condition.
The product must be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning any physical goods.
We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
6. Process for Cancellations and Refunds

Your order or service details (e.g., order number, service purchased).
A clear statement of your intention to cancel and request a refund.
Any supporting documentation if necessary (e.g., proof of payment, communication about the service).
Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation and initiate the refund within the specified time frame.
7. Gifts and Promotional Items
If the service or product was purchased as a gift:
If the service/product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit or refund for the value of the returned service/product.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
