Experience: Fresher's or up to one year of experience

Candidate's Location: Thanjavur, Kumbakonam, Trichy, Thiruvarur districts (Currently prioritizing nearby Thanjavur district candidates)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

- Create eye-catching marketing materials, UI/UX Design, including graphic design work for our products and promotional materials.

- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

- Plan and execute Call Marketing campaigns across all the businesses.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

- Perform Direct F2F Marketing based on future or current customer needs.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and customer preferences.

- Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles.

- Organize and participate in marketing events and activities.

Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.

- Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tools, including social media marketing, email marketing and SEO.

- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Desire to learn and adapt to new marketing technologies.

- Experience with content creation and copywriting is a plus.

- Experience with video editing tools is a plus.

- Minimum academic qualifications:

-10th and +12 scores of 60% and above.

-Bachelor's degree with a score of 60% and above.
